开启缓存

这几天国内网络条件不好，访问速度明显下降，于是想到做一些优化以提高访问速度，发现原来super cache没有完全开启，开启后能明显提高访问速度；并对首页做了一些调整，现在国内的访问速度应该有所提高了。
